The City
The city lay in ruins. Nobody knows where the attack came from, but it was devastating, The City was one of the few that was able to somehow survive.
And survive is the correct term, everyone that was left now has to constantly fight in order see the next sunrise.
From chaos a small number of factions emerged, some, remnants of humanity, others, barely human now, if ever...
Survivors
Ravagers
Previously regular middle class citizens now a numerous and aggressive faction, they are a force to reckon with. Experts on heavy weaponry.
Coyotes
The coyotes are a large faction that controls most of the suburbs. Expert assassins and smugglers.
Disciples
"Emotion is the capital sin." this is the motto of the Disciples. They strive not to any feel anger or hate, but neither kindness or happiness.
Fallen
Cruel and sadistic, most of the Fallen used to belong to the Disciples but fell out of grace.
Scions
Heirs of The City. The Scions are mostly the children of the old higher classes. They enjoy the little comfort still left on the city.
Singularity
Advanced cyborgs, the Singularity primary objective is to protect the Scions from all harm, but sometimes taking their task too far.
Dragonflies
This fairy like people, or as the Coyotes call them, creatures, inhabit what's still left of nature in The City. Masters of potions and poisons.
Infected
As a mysterious new plague swept the old city the Infected started to emerge from the depths. It is said they are cannibals and can't feel pain.
Union
Rare archaic robots, The Union are mostly repurposed from old working models. They share a close bond with The Ravagers.
Nephilim
Extremely advanced cybernetic organisms produced with a mix of Human and exotic DNA. They escaped their containment facility after the attack. Highly dangerous.
Army
The best of the elite Special Forces were sent to The City on a secret extermination mission. Who or what is their target is unclear as of now.
Advent
These Human!? figures rarely show themselves, but when they do, few live to tell. How they came into being, nobody knows.
The City Map
To navigate the city survivors and outsiders need to cross an intricate maze of buildings and roads facing unknown dangers at each turn.
